Returns

We accept returns of non-customized, non-personalized items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Please note: Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless there is a defect.


Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at support@wanderandwend.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the defect.

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.


Customized Items

For personalized or customized orders, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate details, including spelling and design instructions. Wander and Wend is not liable for errors submitted by the customer.

If your customized item arrives with a defect, please reach out to us at support@wanderandwend.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.


Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email support@wanderandwend.com to initiate a return.
  2. Approval: Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective.
  4. Exchanges: If you would prefer to exchange your item for the same item, please let us know.
  5. Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to appear.
